We want to help kids stay active and be healthy. That's why we offer incentives to keep them growing strong.

Exámenes Físicos en Niños para Practicar Deportes y Acampar

We help kids take part in sports and fitness activities by giving free physicals. These are for kids 18 and under who are going to camp or playing sports.

Programe una cita con el proveedor de atención primaria (PCP) de su hijo para realizar el examen físico. No se precisa autorización. Members can get one free physical per year.

Health and Wellness Activity Reward (STAR, STAR Kids and CHIP)

Members ages 7 through 18 can earn a $40 gift card for going to a Health and Wellness program like sports, arts, and camps.

Limitation: The maximum reward is $40. This includes, but is not limited to a sport, swimming, music or camp of the member’s choice. The activity does not need to be approved prior to enrolling. Members or LAR members may request reimbursement for Healthy Activities by submitting a receipt. Speak to a Member Outreach Representative at 1-877-375-9097 to find out how to submit your receipt and form.
