Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas has a Member Advisory Group (MAG) open to STAR, CHIP and STAR Kids members and their families, providers, and community partners.
Going to a MAG meeting is a chance for both members and their caregivers to share input and learn about new benefits. En una reunión de la junta, usted puede:
- Hacer preguntas y compartir sus inquietudes e ideas con nosotros. Esto nos puede ayudar a encontrar formas de mejorar su cobertura médica.
- Obtener información sobre programas y servicios, así como sobre recursos comunitarios.
- Members who receive LTSS and their parents or legally authorized representative can learn about programs and services to help them maintain independence and quality of life.
- Conectarse con otras personas que tienen interés en mejorar la atención médica.
- Ayudar a crear soluciones a los problemas cotidianos de la atención médica.
- Connect with a BCBSTX member advocate.
Our advisory groups meet in person or online. No hay cargos para participar.
